Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

San Poil Valley Health Clinic is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, Physician, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner while promoting quality healthcare services to patients and families in our community.

Eligible candidates may receive a signing bonus up to $5,000, paid according to the organization's bonus payment schedule.

• Provide direct nursing care within the scope of LPN practice.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Washington or ability to obtain prior to hire.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to work effectively with patients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Basic computer and electronic health record proficiency.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist patients throughout the workday. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
