LPN - Per Diem
Employer: Willapa Harbor Hospital
Pay: According to the Union Contract-DOE $28.45- $48.59
Working Days: Day / night weekends, holidays
Responsibilities- Delivers nursing care to assigned patients in collaboration with a Registered Nurse.
- Is accountable for patient care administered during the shift.
- Reports to and is accountable to the RN, Charge Nurse, and Director of Nursing.
- Responsible for adhering to all Standards of Nursing Care.
