As a Charge Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in providing on-site nursing services and supervision while performing delegated administrative functions during your shift. You will be responsible for implementing current standards of nursing care and interpreting hospital policy to employees, patients, families, and physicians. Your leadership and communication skills will be essential in resolving conflicts, managing time effectively, and organizing tasks efficiently.

You will also mentor and educate staff, serving as a role model and change agent to ensure daily objectives are met.

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff during assigned shifts
• Ensure the safety and care of patients and families on your unit
• Hold staff accountable for providing safe and appropriate care
• Strengthen teamwork and encourage empowerment among colleagues
• Model professionalism and dedication, setting an example for others
• Must have 2 years experience in setting
• Washington State RN License required
• Previous experience in Med/Surg, Emergency Room, and Charge roles
• COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply)
