The Family Practice Nurse Practitioner will provides Family Practice, Womens Healthcare and possibly Pain Management services in a clinic setting utilizing established standards and practices. The Nurse Practitioner must possess knowledge of patient care modalities for infants, children, adults and geriatrics.

• Education:
  
  Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program of over two years up to and including four years.
• Licensure:
  Must possess a current RN and ARNP as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in the state of Washington, and Certified Specialty Nurse Practitioner (Family Practice, Womens Health, etc).
• Experience:
  
  0-3 years experience as an ARNP in family practice clinic setting.

$134,077-$153,877 DOE (salary range is for Full time) Exempt, Part Time 0.5 FTE also available

Medical, Dental and Vision, 414(h) plan Mandated Retirement Contribution, 414(h) Employer Mandated Pension Contributions part time & full time employees eligible after 6 months of service & 520 hours, Optional 457 (b) retirement contributions, Employer paid life insurance, Employer paid long term disability, Sick leave and Paid Time Off determined by contract.

Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:30pm, 2-3 days per week 0.5 or .75 FTE
