New Paltz Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for our Skilled Nursing Facility in New Paltz, NY.
We offer a $5,000 sign‑on bonus and hourly pay ranging from $28.33 to $32.65 based on experience and shift. Evening and night shifts receive a $0.75 differential. Daily pay is available through a trusted third‑party provider.

- Collect required information from new residents upon admission
- Record health details, including vitals and temperature
- Administer medications and injections as needed
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsore
- May supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene
- Monitor residents’ food and liquid intake and output
- Valid NY State LPN license
- In good standing with State Registry
- Ability to work as a team member
