Registered Nurse - Per Diem

The Opportunity

As a Per Diem RN at Family Health Centers, you will provide direct patient care in a clinic setting, including performing assessments, administering medications, educating patients on health conditions and self-care, collaborating with healthcare providers to develop treatment plans, and maintaining accurate patient records, all while focusing on non-emergency patient care within a clinic environment.

Must have registered nurse licensure from the State of Washington.

Works with Clinic Supervisors in conjunction with Operations, Medical Providers and the Quality Improvement Team to ensure quality, comprehensive and coordinated care is delivered to patients in a PCMH/Team Based Care environment.

Working at sites other than their home clinic site. We may be required to work outside of the clinic when necessary to meet the needs of our community (such as at community events and at alternative care sites for infection control purposes).
