Job Location s and Shift Details- Tacoma, WA
:
Pediatric patient with g-tube, trach, and vent. Part time NOC shifts:
Saturday and Sundays 9:00pm-7:00am. - Stanwood, WA
:
Pediatric patient with g-tube, trach, and vent. Full-time evening shifts available:
Monday-Friday 3:30pm-11:00pm. - Tahuya, WA
:
Pediatric patient with g-tube, trach, and vent. Part time NOC shifts:
Saturday and Sundays 9:00pm-7:00am.
- Rate dependent on experience, skill level, and case assigned.
- Part-time NOC shift rate: $48/hr.

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients requiring specialized medical equipment (g-tube, trach, vent).
- Perform clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care policies and procedures.
- Assist patients and families with health education and self-management of complex conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team of clinicians and operators for coordinated care.
- Active, unrated RN license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component (training can be obtained post-hire).
- TB skin test current within last 12 months.
- At least 6 months of pediatric nursing experience preferred; one year of hands-on nursing experience required for Tahuya.
- Reliable transportation.
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care policies and procedures.
- Continuing education as required by state.
