Pay Range (depending on experience): $39.81 - $55.55.

Job Summary

This registered nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care of patients in collaboration with the physician(s), NP or PA. The role includes seeking appropriate assistance and using clinic resources to enhance clinical decision‑making, preparing patients for examinations, obtaining health history information, taking accurate vital signs, and reviewing medications. The RN documents the plan of care, administers treatments and performs diagnostic testing as ordered, administers injections and medications, and applies critical thinking skills to work with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist provider in all aspects of medical care, treatments and procedures, diagnostic and laboratory testing following established policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Triage patients for appropriate level of care.
  • Assist in emergency nursing procedures necessary for prompt control of changes in patient’s physical condition.
  • Support the orientation and training of staff and students.
  • Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.
Organizational Responsibilities

Education & Experience
  • Graduate of a 2‑year RN program (BSN preferred).
Licenses & Certifications
  • Current and unrestricted RN license.
  • Current BLS certification.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Work independently performing a wide variety of duties that require use of independent judgment, advanced problem‑solving, critical thinking, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Cultivate effective partnerships and work collaboratively with providers, other health‑care professionals, managers, and patients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and records.
  • Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements

Lifting ≤10 lbs: 0% of time; 10–35 lbs: 1–10% of time; >35 lbs: 1–10% of time. Carrying and pushing/pulling: ≤35 lbs: 1–10% of time. Standing, walking, bending, stooping, crouching, exposure to BBPs, vision, hearing, and speech within normal range with or without corrective devices.

Work Shift & Location

FTE: 0.9 (15hours per week). RN Contract 12‑hour shifts in a 40‑hour work week. Working location:
Elma, Washington.
