Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (Home Health) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes across Jefferson County. Monday–Friday visits with on-call rotation.
Responsibilities include comprehensive in-home assessments, wound care, medication management, patient education, and coordination with the care team to prevent hospitalizations. A valid RN license and at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience are required.
