Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time Night Shift –
Location: Dayton General Hospital – Acute Care/Emergency Department;
Dayton, WA
Schedule: Full-Time | Night Shift | 6:45 PM-7:15 AM

Compensation: $44.00-$71.00 per hour, For Acute Care Only; $46.00-$77.00 for ED (night shift differentials included in rate) additional differentials paid out for education and weekend hours, etc. $7,500 sign-on bonus.
Flexible Scheduling | 2 Weekends/Month Required |

Join our team at Columbia County Health System! We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to provide high-quality care in our Acute Care unit and assist in the Emergency Department as needed. The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, adapt to changing patient needs, and remain calm and effective during urgent and critical situations. Qualifications
  • Active Washington State RN license; or active Multi-State License
  • Current ACLS, PALS, TNCC (or willingness to obtain within 12 months)
  • BLS certification every 2 years
Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care in Acute Care and float to Emergency Department as needed.
  • Administer medications and assist with patient admissions.
  • Document patient information in the EHR.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies.
  • Perform triage and prioritize patient care.
  • Check and maintain equipment and supplies.
  • Lead or assist in trauma and code situations.
  • Support ED unit when Acute Care is not busy.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, teamwork, and strong clinical judgment.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned to support department operations.
