Description

The Nursing Assistant is a member of the nursing care team and reports to the Nurse Manager. Under the supervision and direction of the RN, the NA provides direct and/or indirect patient care delivery and facilitates communication of patient needs to licensed nursing personnel. Demonstrates behavior practices that reflect the philosophy and mission of Providence Health and Services, our founders, the Dominican Sisters, and Providence Mount Carmel Hospital's Standards of Conduct.

The Nursing Assistant provides direct and/or indirect patient care, communicates patient needs to licensed nursing personnel, and supports the overall nursing care team under the supervision of the RN.

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License (upon hire)
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association (upon hire)

• Recent experience as a Nursing Assistant in a hospital.

Pay range: $18.83 – $28.80 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Location:

Mount Carmel Hospital‑Colville, WA.
