What they’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing required, Master’s degree in nursing or a related field preferred. Current Washington State Registered Nurse license.
• CPR and ACLS/PALS instructor status preferred.
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience in acute care within the previous 7 years. Minimum 2 years of experience in conducting nursing education.

Hours and compensation potential:

• This is a full-time, salary exempt position.
• Range is $115K-$144K depending on experience.
• Full benefits package including relocation assistance(5K).

What you’ll be doing:

• This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization in a growing community.
• The Nurse Educator will plan, develop, coordinate and deliver orientation and educational information to new and existing members of the nursing staff and oversee the nurse residency program.
• Facilitate and teach certification classes for Healthcare Providers (ACLS, ACLS-OB, PALS, NRP, TNCC and ENPC).
• This position works closely with nursing managers, nursing staff and education staff in order to support the development and maintenance of nursing skills through educational opportunities.
