Indigo Urgent Care, a Multi Care Company, is the leading urgent care provider in the Pacific Northwest, operating 40+ clinics across Washington and Idaho. Our float pool position supports urgent care clinics throughout the Inland Northwest Region, including Airway Heights, Liberty Lake, Millwood (Argonne), Spokane‑Newport Hwy (North), Spokane‑Regal St, Spokane‑Wellesley Ave (Shadle), Spokane Valley, Coeur d'Alene, and Hayden, Idaho.
Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our highly cohesive and innovative urgent care team as a float provider. In this role you will work at the top of your license, lead and mentor fellow providers when desired, and contribute to a patient‑centric, 5‑star clinical experience.
Schedule8 am – 8 pm, full‑time or part‑time openings with PRN or 8‑14 shifts per month. Schedules are created two months in advance with team input and provide flexibility with weekend and holiday rotations.
CompensationEarning potential of $200 k+ as part of Indigo’s market‑leading total rewards and compensation philosophy for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
Requirements- Washington license (active, good standing) by the time of employment
- DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (American Heart Association)
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience post‑degree in an urgent care, emergency department, or family medicine setting
