North Valley Hospital is seeking a dedicated and clinical-minded ARNP to join our Specialty Clinic team. This role focuses on providing high-quality outpatient care for patients within our Sleep Medicine program. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our provider team to manage outpatient visits
and long-term treatment plans for various sleep disorders. While the Medical Director handles
all diagnostic interpretations, the ARNP is essential in managing patient care pathways and
clinical follow-ups.

• Conduct comprehensive outpatient evaluations for sleep-related concerns (e.g., sleep apnea, insomnia, restless leg syndrome).
• Collaborate with the specialty team to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans based on interpretations provided by the Medical Director.
• Provide patient follow-up care and management of durable medical equipment (DME) outcomes.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and coordinate care with primary care providers.

• Completes mandatory training in a timely manner.

• Effectively collaborates with peers and team members, using tactful, diplomatic communication techniques in potentially sensitive or emotionally charged situations.
