Position & Clinical Environment

• Work-Life Balance: Outpatient only with the flexibility of a 4- or 5-day workweek.
• Clinic Setup: Features 8 exam rooms, 1 procedure room, and comprehensive on-site services including Dental, Lab, and Pharmacy.
• Support System: Collaborative environment working alongside one other MD and supported by a dedicated Medical Assistant (MA).
• Call Schedule: Exceptionally light, phone-only call rotated at a 1:20 ratio.

Compensation & Financial Benefits

• Base Salary: $151,000 for experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants.
• Sign-On & Relocation: $10,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance.
• Loan Forgiveness: Up to $200,000 in student loan repayment assistance (via FQHC/HRSA programs).

Qualifications Needed

• Specialty: Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (AGNP), or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Experience: Requires a minimum of 2 to 5+ years of clinical experience.
