Fast-paced travel nursing opportunity for an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) in Colville, WA. Join a critical access emergency department in northeastern Washington and provide high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

- Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts

Schedule:
Day and evening shifts; no nights - Orientation: 40 hours
- Setting: Critical access emergency department with a low-volume, high-variety patient mix
- Charting System: Epic
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Compact license in hand at submission, if applicable
- Minimum of 1 year of ER nursing experience required
- Experience caring for patients across the lifespan, including pediatrics and geriatrics
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC
- Experience with Epic charting required
- Strong skills in triage, dysrhythmia interpretation, IV therapy, blood product administration, and care of ventilated patients
- Ability to work rotating weekends and commit to the scheduled holiday requirements
- Willingness to support a collaborative team environment and adapt to variable day/evening start times
- Deliver safe, high-quality emergency nursing care to patients across all age groups
- Triage and prioritize patients based on acuity in a busy emergency department setting
- Monitor, assess, and intervene for patients with complex and rapidly changing conditions
- Support care for chest pain, stroke alerts, sepsis, trauma alerts, and other emergent presentations
- Administer medications, manage IVs, and provide blood products and advanced emergency interventions as needed
- Collaborate closely with physicians, techs, and interdisciplinary support teams to promote efficient patient flow
- Document accurately and efficiently in Epic
- Maintain strong communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy in a dynamic emergency care environment
- Contribute to a positive, flexible staffing culture while meeting the needs of the department
