As an RN in our Emergency Department, you'll provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients across a wide range of needs while working closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members. You'll:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Partner with providers and care teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
• Support efficient patient flow and department operations
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development opportunities
• Utilize and expand a broad clinical skill set in a dynamic critical access setting

• Current RN license in Washington State
• Minimum one year of recent Emergency Department or Urgent Care experience
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS and Washington Food Handler Card required at hire
• TNCC, ENPC, and PALS required within 12 months of hire
• Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
