Pediatrics Registered Nurse; RN

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurse (RN) candidates to provide high-quality, comprehensive nursing care within the Pediatric Unit.

The Pediatric Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients, including patient assessment, development and updating of care plans, administration of medications and IV therapies, monitoring of blood and blood products, laboratory specimen collection, and management of specialized equipment and treatments. Responsibilities also include catheter, NG, OG, GT, GJ, and ostomy care, as well as providing direct patient care such as positioning, ambulation, transportation, hygiene, and feeding.

The RN must be able to recognize changes in patient condition, identify potential complications, and take appropriate corrective action. The position requires effective communication and collaboration with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, as well as accurate patient reporting and documentation.

This role requires a dependable nursing professional who can meet government qualification, credentialing, security, and onboarding requirements while working under a personal services arrangement. The ideal candidate will have recent pediatric nursing experience, a current unrestricted RN license, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to provide safe, compassionate care to pediatric patients with varying levels of medical and surgical needs.

• Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse
• Experience:
  
  A minimum of one (1) year qualifying experience in the past two years as a Registered Nurse in Pediatrics
• Degree/
  
  Education:
  
  Minimum of Associate’s degree in nursing. The school must be accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) and/or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). For education outside the United States, only the Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing School reports are accepted (CGFNS), for overseas degree verification

• ACLS (American Heart Association)
• PALS (American Heart Association)
