School-Based Registered Nurse; RN; Granite Falls, Washington

Make a meaningful impact in the school community as a part-time Registered Nurse serving students of all ages—from early childhood through young adulthood—during the upcoming  academic year. This contract position offers the unique opportunity to provide essential health support in an engaging educational environment, ensuring students are safe, healthy, and ready to learn.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or certification required
• Experience in school nursing or working with pediatric/adolescent populations preferred
• Comfortable and confident providing care to individuals aged 3 to 22
• Flexible availability between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM to accommodate various school schedules throughout the week
• Adaptable, compassionate, and skilled in communication with students, families, and school staff

• Deliver health services, such as assessments, medication administration, and first aid, to students across a variety of age groups
• Collaborate with educators and families to develop health plans and support students with specific medical needs
• Monitor and document student health and provide appropriate interventions
• Educate students and staff regarding wellness and disease prevention strategies
• Serve as an on-call resource for health emergencies or urgent situations throughout all school settings
