Responsibilities:

• Lead by example:
  As a Certified Nursing Assistant Lead, you will provide exceptional care to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
• Train and mentor:
  You will be responsible for guiding and mentoring our Caregivers to ensure they are equipped to provide the highest level of care to our clients.
• Supervise:
  You will supervise Caregivers during client visits, providing constructive feedback and addressing any concerns that may arise.
• Document:
  You will accurately document client care and any issues that may arise, ensuring that our clients' files are up-to-date and complete.
• Collaborate:
  You will work closely with our Care Coordinators, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive and continuous care.
