Pest Control Technician (full-time)

We are seeking a hard‑working, innovative, detail‑oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This full‑time position is located on the road in the area around Fall City, WA and will report to our office in Everett, WA once per week. The individual we are looking for enjoys working in a team environment and excels at individual work.

• $21.25 – $24.25 an hour

• Run a daily route resolving customer pest concerns and issues
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided
• Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each individual need
• Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures
• Advise customers of potential problems
• Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service routes
• Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in use
• Note:
  
  You will be assigned a route in your local area
• Carry a product backpack that weighs approximately 50 lbs
• Work schedule includes every other Saturday

• A US driver’s license that has been valid for a minimum of 3 years is required
• A clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two in the past four years)
