Golf Course Maintenance Position

Skamania Lodge is a Pacific Northwest resort set on 175 acres, featuring tree houses, glamping, golf, ziplining, a spa, and multiple restaurants. With over 22,000 sq. ft. of event space, it's a premier destination for retreats, conferences, and celebrations.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

• Maintain the golf course by mowing greens, tees, fairways, and roughs using turf equipment
• Repair divots and ball marks to preserve course quality
• Assist with daily course setup, including hole changes and tee marker placement
• Support irrigation tasks such as hand-watering, hose management, and system checks
• Maintain landscaped areas through mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, mulching, and pruning
• Care for flower beds, planters, shrubs, and trees throughout the property
• Assist with planting and seasonal landscape enhancements
• Keep walkways, patios, and outdoor guest areas clean and well maintained
• Operate utility vehicles, mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other grounds equipment safely
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment after use
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Report equipment issues and hazards promptly
• Support golf course events, special projects, and other grounds-related duties as assigned

Schedule

Monday-Friday with occasional weekends

Shift varies around 6:30am-3pm

What are we looking for?

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous landscaping, grounds maintenance, or golf course experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to learn - training provided
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
• Comfortable operating small equipment and hand tools safely
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive bending, kneeling, lifting, and manual labor
• Available for early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed

Compensation:

$17.13 - $19.00
