Job Summary

The Ski & Ride School Team Lead is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day running of SRS locations. Duties include scheduling coaches, assigning classes, facilitating the booking of private lessons, guest service, resolving guest and employee issues, communicating safety policies, and ensuring the location operates optimally. The Team Lead will communicate regularly with location supervisors, managers and general managers, and must be willing to assist indoors or outdoors as needed.

Job Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the setup and breakdown of the SRS meeting areas and all other SRS facilities, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Communicate with coaches during morning meetings.
  • Assign lessons using the priority code.
  • Ensure guests are satisfied with their lessons.
  • Facilitate the booking of private lessons.
  • Provide guest service.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma.
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working for a Ski and Ride School.
  • PSIA/AASI certification (preferred).
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Exceptional guest service skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency with RPOS.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish.
