Winter seasonal 2026/2027 - Shift type:
Full time (part‑time hours available) - Minimum age: 18 years
- Housing availability:

- Process daily reservations and sales on resort operating systems.
- Set up and tear down indoor facilities, maintaining a clean, orderly, and welcoming environment.
- Ensure compliance with health‑code policies and procedures for facility cleanliness, including common areas, toys, and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and orderly facility that accommodates daily high‑volume guest flow.
- Work with small children to facilitate appropriate games and activities in indoor and outdoor settings.
- Adhere to corporate policy regarding wearing a snow‑sports helmet while skiing, riding, or assisting lessons in uniform.
- Lead and model safety standards within the department for yourself and others; contribute to a culture of health and safety to meet the zero work‑man’s compensation safety goal.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience in a fast‑paced, service‑based environment.
- Fluent in the English language.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills with a wide variety of guests and employees.
- Strong computer, typing, and data‑entry skills (preferred).
- Early childhood care experience (preferred).
- Ski or snowboarding experience to assist lessons as necessary (preferred).
- Successful background check required.
