Prime Collision Center is located in the heart of Washington PA's business district. We are an upscale, fully air-conditioned facility, conveniently located minutes from the highway. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement. This position is M-F, 9am to 5:30pm.

• Assistant to Office Manager
• Answers incoming calls and redirects as necessary
• Updates customers regarding scheduling and repair status
• Greets customers and collects required authorizations forms
• Cashiering upon customer pickup within the vehicle management system
• Updates rental car provider of vehicle status through their online system
• Aware of calendar and updates staff accordingly
• Monitors incoming emails to both personal and general mailboxes
• Additional duties as requested

• Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
• Punctual nature and ability to handle a dynamic work environment
• Professional appearance
• Computer savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly, ability to navigate various websites
• Valid driver's license
