Provide member service by assisting members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and processing transactions at self-checkout.;
Maintain area, handle returns, review receipts, acknowledge member needs, promote products and services.;
Resolve member issues and concerns; guide self-service technology; assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to policies.;
Assist with securing assets by observing potential criminal activity, maintaining logs, and executing emergency procedures.;
Assist with training Member Frontline Service associates and delivering program rollout training and continuous learning.
