Guest Relations-Service Appointment Coordinator

The Guest Relations-Service Appointment Coordinator at Budd Baer Automotive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests visiting our dealership. This individual will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating service appointments for our customers, as well as ensuring that all guests have a positive experience during their visit. This is a full-time, individual contributor role that offers a competitive base salary plus commission in the dynamic and growing automotive industry.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive annual salary of $35,000 to $50,000, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, this role offers a commission structure and paid biweekly. Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and confirm service appointments for customers via phone and online
  • Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Collect and record customer information accurately and efficiently
  • Manage and organize service appointment schedule to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Inform customers of estimated time for service completion and communicate any delays or changes
  • Coordinate with service advisors and other departments to ensure timely completion of services
  • Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services offered by the dealership
  • Attend training and meetings to stay updated on new products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any guest issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer and internet use
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
