The most successful financial advisors are more than finance experts. They know how to connect with people, earn trust, communicate effectively and help clients navigate important long-term financial decisions.

This is not a sit-back-and-observe internship. At FORTIFY Private Wealth Management, we are seeking ambitious rising juniors and seniors enrolled in four-year degree programs who are seriously interested in exploring a career as a financial advisor. Interns will work directly alongside experienced advisors, learning how to attract clients, build relationships, and grow a thriving practice. They will also contribute to marketing campaigns, business development initiatives, and client relationship management.

What You'll Experience:

Client Relationships & Professional Communication

• Observe and participate in a variety of client meetings
• Assist with meeting preparation and follow-up
• Learn how trusted relationships are built and maintained
• Develop professional communication and presentation skills

Marketing & Business Growth

• Support social media and digital marketing efforts
• Assist with client events and community outreach
• Contribute ideas for brand awareness initiatives
• Learn strategies for attracting and retaining clients

Business Operations

• Gain exposure to the day-to-day operations of a professional practice
• Work with client relationship management and business systems
• Support special projects designed to improve efficiency and client experience

Leadership & Professional Development

• Receive mentoring from experienced professionals
• Strengthen networking and relationship-building skills
• Learn how successful advisors develop and grow a business
