Job Summary B&A is looking for a Business Analyst/Tester that supports multiple enterprise applications by bridging business needs and technical execution. This role focuses on production support, application testing, stakeholder coordination, and Agile team collaboration, ensuring system enhancements and defect fixes are delivered accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, customer service focus, and hands-on experience working within Agile development environments.

Responsibilities
* Understand and document business processes across approximately 10 applications

* Provide Tier 3 production support and coordinate issue resolution with development teams

* Test bug fixes and system enhancements prior to production release

* Create, execute, and maintain test scripts and testing documentation

* Track and manage stakeholder engagement meetings and action items

* Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and developers

* Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements

* Create and manage Jira stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria

* Maintain accuracy and status of Jira boards

* Support Agile ceremonies and workflows

* Assume Scrum Master responsibilities as needed during absences

Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree required

* Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience (internships included)

* Experience working in an onsite operational environment Required Skills
* Strong written communication and documentation abilities

* Experience analyzing business processes and system workflows

* Application and system testing experience

* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

* Ability to manage multiple priorities across applications

* Experience working directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders

* Proficiency with Jira for story creation and task tracking
Desired Skills
* Knowledge of SQL and business/data analysis
* Experience with Agile framework and working on a Kanban or Scrum team

* Experience with creating and monitoring tasks in JIRA

* Application/software testing experience Security Clearance
