Technical Product Owner

Work as an integral part of a global engineering team, supported by business and architecture partners. Act as a technical leader for the products delivered by the team. Contribute to all areas of development and operations, from pre-production to production. Spend time planning and discovering new tools and practices within area of expertise. Take responsibility for production readiness and performance to drive continuous improvement.

Be part of a production release team and provide on-call support as needed. Take on the role of technical owner for the production system(s). Collaborate with the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team on user and group lifecycle processes. Contribute to product roadmaps and resiliency strategy. Partner with project management to deliver status and performance updates. Conduct research to aid in product development and tool selection.

Provide escalation point and participate in on-call support rotations. Monitor key metrics, report on trends and make improvement recommendations. Facilitate an Engineering Community of Practice for the product(s). Contribute to engineering automation and management or development of production-level systems. Review product roadmaps and guide intake acceptance for a set of production systems. Own reliability for a defined set of production systems.

Act as a subject matter expert on a broad variety of questions related to AD, Azure AD, DNS and NPS. Collaborate with internal Security Governance to ensure consistency to company’s security policies and procedures.
