Assembler / Fabricator / Saw Operator – Washington, PA

Mancan Staffing is currently seeking a skilled Assembler / Fabricator / Saw Operator for a manufacturing facility in the Washington, PA area. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced candidate with strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate saws to cut aluminum and other materials according to specifications.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet company standards.
• Assemble components using hand tools, machinery, and fabrication equipment.
• Operate equipment such as press brakes and other production machinery as needed.
• Use measuring instruments to verify dimensions and maintain accuracy.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, or saw operation required.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely.
• Experience working with aluminum fabrication processes preferred.
• Familiarity with quality inspection procedures and measuring tools, including micrometers and calipers.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient with hand tools and shop equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday
• 8-Hour Shifts
• In-Person Position

Pay:

• Competitive pay based on experience
