As a CNA at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, clinical support, and exceptional service to our residents. With a $2500 Sign On Bonus!!, you will be rewarded for your hard work and commitment to delivering outstanding care.

Certified Nurse Aide CNA Responsibilities:

• Provide basic nursing care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with mobility and transfers for residents, ensuring their safety and comfort

• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team

• Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control protocols and nursing standards

• Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with the interdisciplinary team

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

Certified Nurse Aide CNA Requirements:

• Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania

• Prior experience preferred, new grads welcome to apply!

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of nursing principles and practices
