About the Role:
As a RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our rehabilitation and nursing facility. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent patient care, leading a team of skilled healthcare professionals, and implementing effective processes to drive quality outcomes. Your expertise and guidance will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.
RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care
Develop and implement unit-specific policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure seamless operations
Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes and quality of care
Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care
Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of patient services
Analyze and address unit-specific concerns, issues, and feedback to enhance overall performance
RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
Prior experience as a Registered Nurse, with unit management experience preferred
