Regional Sales Manager

Diesel Direct Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth of our mobile on-site fueling services for fleet and logistics customers. In this role, you will own a regional territory, targeting trucking, construction, and industrial accounts, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You'll build long-term relationships, negotiate contracts, and partner closely with operations to ensure safe, reliable service.

Ideal candidates bring strong B2B sales experience in transportation, logistics, or industrial services, are highly self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow regional fuel sales for fleets, equipment, and generators
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet revenue and margin goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key fleet and logistics customers
• Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle
• Collaborate with operations and dispatch to ensure reliable, safe service delivery
• Track pipeline, forecasts, and performance using CRM and reporting tools
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements within company guidelines
• Represent Diesel Direct at industry events and customer meetings
• Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and company standards
• Provide market feedback to leadership to refine offerings and strategy
