Sales Enablement & Marketing Coordinator

The Sales Enablement & Marketing Coordinator serves as the operational and technical bridge between sales, marketing, leadership, and external agency partners. This role is responsible for ensuring marketing efforts directly support revenue growth by equipping sales teams with the tools, processes, content, technology, and insights needed to generate new business and expand customer relationships.

This position owns the execution and optimization of sales enablement, marketing operations, CRM management, sales and marketing reporting, and sales support initiatives across all business units. The role is highly collaborative and requires strong project management, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

The ideal candidate is an experienced, hands-on marketing professional who is motivated by helping sales teams succeed, keeping work organized and moving forward, and making sure marketing efforts are executed consistently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: organize, maintain and improve sales collateral, presentations, case studies, proposal templates, solution stories and customer facing resources while identifying content gaps.
• Reporting and CRM:
  Support Hub Spot utilization and ensure data is clean and accurate. Maintain responsibility of sales and marketing reporting to provide performance visibility to exective team and sales teams. Identify reporting gaps and work to implement improvements.
• Customer Expansion:
  Support outbound sales initiatives, incluidng email sequences, campaigns, prospect engagement and appointment generation activities. Conduct regular meetings with sales teams to identify opportunities for customer expansion, cross-selling, upselling and referral generation. Assist with account-based marketing activities for strategic growth.
• Marketing Liaison:
  Serve as primary connection between sales leadership, internal stakeholders and external marketing partner to coordinate all communication, approvals and project execution. Ensure marketing initiatives move efficiently through internal review and approval process, acting as internal project manager.

NOTE:

This is an onsite position in Canonsburg, PA. Relocation assistance not provided therefore only local canddiates considered.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Three to five years of experience in sales enablement, marketing coordination, marketing operations, CRM administration, sales support, business development support, or a related B2B environment.
• Ability to travel up to 15% to trade shows, sales engagement events or to differing facilities.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working with Hub Spot or a comparable CRM and sales enablement platform.
• Experience maintaining CRM data, dashboards, reports, and sales support systems.
• Ability to independently provide internal project management while demonstrating organizational skills while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with sales teams, leadership, external agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders with prior documented improvement to sales intitivates.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
