B2B Appointment Setter​/Business Development Representative

Remote B2B Business Development Rep | 1099 | High Ticket Commission + Residuals for the life of the contract

We’re expanding our national B2B team and looking for motivated people who are comfortable connecting with business owners and decision-makers.

This is not a traditional sales role where you’re expected to become the expert, present complicated solutions, or close every deal yourself.

Your role is simple:

Start conversations. Identify interest. Invite qualified business owners to meet with a specialist.

Our subject-matter experts handle the detailed presentation, analysis, recommendations and solution-specific conversations.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with business owners and decision-makers

• Start conversations around areas where their business may be able to save money, recover revenue or improve operations

• Identify basic interest and potential need

• Invite qualified prospects to a meeting with the appropriate specialist

• Schedule appointments and make introductions

• Use our CRM and prospecting tools to manage outreach and follow-up

• Continue building relationships with business owners

What You Are NOT Expected To Do

• You do not need to be a tax expert

• You do not need to be a technology expert

• You do not need to become an expert in every solution we offer

• You are not expected to handle technical analysis

• You are not expected to personally present every solution

• You are not expected to close every opportunity yourself

Your job is to open the door and connect the right business owner with the right expert.

The specialists handle the qualification process, technical questions, analysis and next steps.

Who We’re Looking For

• Are comfortable working independently

• Want to build long-term business relationships

• Have experience in sales, insurance, benefits, payroll, financial services, recruiting or business development helpful, but not required.

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-based opportunity.

There is no hourly wage or guaranteed salary.

Compensation may include upfront commissions and recurring residual compensation depending on the solution and completed business.

Individual results vary and depend on activity, appointments, completed business and overall performance.
