Join our McDonald's team! We're looking for a reliable, self-motivated Maintenance Technician who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and a variety of tasks each day at our three Washington locations.

This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, prioritize effectively, and take pride in keeping the restaurant running at its best.

30- 35 hours/week (opportunity to grow to full-time)

$17–$21/hour starting rate based on experience (more if you carry certifications)

90-day review with salary bump

What you'll do:

• Perform routine maintenance and small repairs
• Troubleshoot basic plumbing and electrical systems
• Assist with troubleshooting and replacing technology components (POS systems, screens, etc.)
• Use equipment like power washers, drain snakes and hand tools
• Identify, prioritize, and complete maintenance tasks independently

• Mechanically inclined with basic repair knowledge
• Comfortable learning and handling basic technology systems

• Able to work independently and stay organized
