ABOUT THIS HEATING, AIR CONDITIONING, AND REFRIGERATION ROLEThis full-time position is based in Washington, PA, and works Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.As a Residential and Commercial HVACR - HVAC Installer, you'll start your day bright and early, installing HVACR systems for both residential and commercial clients. From setting up Trane, Carrier, and Comfortmaker systems to ensuring energy-efficient installations, you'll tackle each task with precision.

You'll also have access to a company vehicle for on-call duties, and ongoing support through our spiff program and continuing education opportunities. Every day brings new challenges and the satisfaction of knowing you're helping customers stay comfortable all year long.

Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:2+ years of HVAC installation experience EPA Section 608 license with universal refrigerant coverage

Strong communication and organizational skills
