The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is seeking a Consumer Safety Inspector to ensure meat and poultry establishments meet federal safety standards. You will inspect facilities, review records, and determine noncompliance, documenting findings and initiating enforcement actions as needed.
You will verify SSOP/HACCP implementation, perform inspections, and interact with plant managers to explain regulations and plant procedures.
