Dimensional Inspector

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local manufacturing company to hire a Dimensional Inspector
. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing, machining, or inspection experience who is looking to grow their skills in quality inspection.

As a Dimensional Inspector, you’ll inspect aluminum castings and machined parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional specifications.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Inspecting aluminum castings and machined parts
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, and other precision measuring tools
• Performing CMM inspections as needed
• Working with production and manufacturing teams to ensure parts meet specifications
• Following established quality and safety procedures

• Experience in inspection, machining, machine operation, or a related manufacturing environment
• Experience reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools
• CMM experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a foundry environment
• Flexible availability; occasional weekends or holidays may be required
