Based in North Beach, Haiven Property is a boutique real estate agency known for its positive, energetic and supportive culture. We're seeking a driven and experienced Sales Associate Assistant to work alongside one of our top-performing sales agents.
This is a fast-paced, full‑time role working Monday to Friday. Your day‑to‑day will be varied — spanning both proactive prospecting and behind‑the‑scenes sales support to keep the business running at its best.
Responsibilities- Be the right‑hand person to a busy, high‑performing agent
- Proactive prospecting and lead generation
- Database entry, management, and consistent follow‑up
- Preparation of appraisals and CMAs (digital and printed)
- Handle and follow up buyer and seller enquiries
- Diary management and organising appointments
- Liaise with settlement agents and manage sale‑to‑settlement processes
- Attend pre‑settlement inspections with sellers and buyers
- Keep track of budgets and KPIs
- Sales Registration (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in the real estate industry is essential
- Current driver's licence and own vehicle required
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
- Demonstrates initiative and a proactive nature
- Good work ethic with strong attention to detail
- Not afraid to pick up the phone
