We are currently seeking a meticulous and highly organised Property Purchase Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end property acquisition process for our diverse clientele, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and positive experience. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for real estate and exceptional client service.

Responsibilities
  • Liaising directly with clients to fully understand their property requirements, preferences, and budget.
  • Coordinating with estate agents, solicitors, mortgage advisors, surveyors, and other third parties to facilitate a smooth transaction.
  • Managing all administrative aspects of the property purchase process, including documentation, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Providing clients with regular, clear, and concise updates on the progress of their purchase.
  • Conducting thorough market research to identify suitable properties that meet client criteria.
  • Organising and scheduling property viewings and inspections on behalf of clients.
  • Reviewing contracts, reports, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and protect client interests.
  • Ensuring all activities are conducted in compliance with relevant property laws and regulations.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all work.
  • The ability to work independently and solve problems proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with the US property market is highly desirable.
Compensation
  • A competitive contract rate of $2,000 - $4,000 USD per month, based on your level of experience.
