performs general prep work, serves guests, and busses tables.

• responsible to: food & beverage director
• employees supervised: none
• inter-relationship: work closely with food & beverage director and other cafe/bar staff to better serve our guests

• prepare cafe for opening
• serve guests
• stock supplies as needed
• wash dishes
• assist with meal preparation for bar
• additional duties may be assigned

• certifications: valid washington state health card
• experience: previous experience preferred
• other requirement: ability to relate in a positive manner to guests and co‑workers and the ability to work safely among sharp and hot items.

• frequent lifting of items weighing 40 lbs. Or more
• working around hot dishwasher and kitchen equipment
• working around sharp items
• working around scalding liquids
• stair climbing
• sitting, standing, or walking for extended periods of time
• guest facing position.
