Chef de Partie
In agreement and under the supervision of the Executive Chef, the resource:
- is responsible for the execution of his own work
- chooses the ingredients respecting the established quality standards
- measures the doses following the prescribed procedures
- checks the peculiarity and presentation of the different dishes
- supports the brigade in case of need
- collaborates with the rest of the brigade in the reorganization and cleaning of their workplace at the end of the service
Diploma or qualification in the hotel sector. Excellent knowledge of the Italian language. Three years of experience in the role. Passion, decision-making skills, time and resource management and team working complete the profile.
Temporary contract (from May to mid-October 2025). Tourism Collective Labor Agreement. The classification and remuneration will be commensurate with the profile and experience. Full-time availability. Meals and accommodation.
