5b's Bakery in Concrete, WA is looking for a part-time baker's assistant to join our 25+ person strong team. We are located on 45597 Main St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working. Promotion available, flexible hours. Full-time or part time hours available. Pay range is . Paid sick leave accrues at .03 hour per hour worked.
Responsibilities- Baking Prep
- Mixing flours and dough
- Follow recipes
- Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for cooking
- Weigh and measure ingredients
- Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables
- Basic cooking functions such as kneading dough and preparing sauces
- Label stock and inventory all ingredients
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Keeping a tidy workstation
- No experience necessary, will train
- Attention to detail
- Food Handler's Card within 14 days of hiring
- Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds
