Responsibilities include:

• Greet each guest with a smile and a warm welcome
• Multi‑task and act proactively
• Learn from experience and from others
• Work well in a team environment to get things done collectively
• Serve customers and prepare menu items
• Load stock and keep the restaurant clean and inviting
• Operate general restaurant equipment (warmer, fryer, slicer, grill, etc.)
• Use headset for orders and directions
• Comply with all training programs

Physical elements:

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting (25‑50 pounds)

Performance elements:

• Arrive promptly and regularly
• Take direction and work well with others
• Accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames
• Concentrate and perform duties accurately
• React to change productively; handle additional tasks assigned
• Complete all applicable training programs

Working conditions:

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment that may involve exposure to noise, heat, cold or other elements.
