Skamania Lodge in Washington is seeking a seasonal full-time cook to prepare diverse menu items, maintain high quality, and ensure food safety. You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume resort kitchen, following standard recipes and yield guides while coordinating with leadership.
The role requires knife skills, knowledge of frying and sauté cooking, English proficiency, and flexibility to cover shifts in a 24/7 operation. A Washington State Food Handler Card is preferred.
