Columbia Hospitality - 171 Main Street - Responsibilities:
Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in accordance with established standards;
Enter orders into computerized Point of Sale system and communicate any special requests to the culinary team;
Assemble food items, such as appetizers, salads and soups;
Ensure attractive, consistent presentation of food and beverages and that items are served at the correct temperature;
Process guest payments, using proper accounting and cash handling procedures
