Concessions Manager
Job Description And ResponsibilitiesThe applicant will be responsible for the safe operation of concessions facilities during extra-curricular events. Arrive one hour before the event start time. Open concessions 30 minutes before start time and make sure the concessions facility is clean before releasing concession workers after the event. Count inventory and order supplies to restock as needed. The school will be responsible for assigning students to each event.
Certificates,Licenses, Registrations
Must currently hold or be able to obtain a food handler's card upon hire. Must pass a State and Federal background check.
Language SkillsAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules. Ability to speak effectively to administration, staff, students and parents.
OtherSkills And Abilities
Skills in reading, understanding and following safety rules and regulations. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with students and staff. Ability to work independently and to communicate proactively.
Rate Of Pay$18.88 - $21.52/hour (DOE)
LocationKalama School District, Kalama, Washington
HoursApproximately 200 hours/year, mostly evenings/after school (includes about 70 extra-curricular events throughout the year)
