This role works alongside the Front of House team and Back of House teams at the Pickled Fish restaurant. They will assist the servers and bartenders as needed with running food, greeting guests, answering phones/booking restaurant reservations, running room service, and any additional duties as needed. At Pickled Fish, we use local ingredients to create an interesting and fun menu. We are located on the top floor of the Adrift Hotel, providing scenic views of the coast in Long Beach, WA.

Duties

+ Responsibilities
  • Run food and beverages to guests
  • Clear and wipe down tables after guests leave
  • Fill waters and greet guests as needed
  • Sweep and mop floors
  • Complete additional sidework as delegated by team (roll silverware, juice fruit…)
  • Answer phone calls to assist Guests with making restaurant reservations utilizing Open Table reservation software, or to take ToGo and Room Service orders
  • Deliver Room Service orders to Guest Hotel rooms

  • MAST permit on first day
  • 18+ Years Old
